Marian Kerr

Hi! I’m Marian. I am a Yandina local with a deep love for our town and community.

I have a wonderful, supportive husband and 3 amazingly kind adult children who I’m incredibly proud of.

Inspired by the idea that a strong community fosters belonging and wellbeing, my hope is to create a space where we can connect, grow, and thrive together – nourishing our bodies with healthy food, our minds with healthy thoughts and our souls with healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

It was a lovely morning in store today celebrating Roy and eating delicious chocolate cake with our team and community. Roy is the other incredible owner of Wildwood Organics and hubby to Marian. Roy is always down for a chat and never fails to make us laugh. His organised Virgo personality is very much appreciated, especially when it comes to restocking and organising our bulk products! One of Roy’s faves in store is the Happify Chocolate Bar. He loves them because they are a great snack, highly nutritious and very tasty 💛

Healthy Lamingtons 🍫🥥 A wholesome twist on an Auss Healthy Lamingtons 🍫🥥 A wholesome twist on an Aussie favourite for National Lamington Day! Ingredients 2 cups almond meal ½ cup oat flour (or wheat-free oat flour) 2 tsp baking powder 3 eggs ¼ cup maple syrup or honey ¼ cup Greek yoghurt 1 tsp vanilla extract Chocolate Coating ½ cup dark chocolate (70%+), melted 2 tbsp coconut oil To Finish 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut Method Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin. Mix all cake ingredients until smooth. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Dip each square into the melted chocolate mixture. Roll generously in shredded coconut. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. 💚 Wildwood Tip: Add a layer of natural berry chia jam or Greek yoghurt in the middle for an extra special (and nourishing!) lamington. #HealthyEating #sunshinecoast #buylocal #HealthyLiving #yandina
