Find them in the refrigerator at the back of the store. Black Bean and Sweet Corn Tacos • Ingredients: 1 can of black beans, I jar of sweet corn, I pkt tortillas, 1 avocado, 1 jar of salsa. • Instructions: 1. Heat the black beans and sweet corn in a pan until warmed through. For extra flavour, char the corn before adding the beans. 2. Cook the tortillas in a separate pan. 3. Fill the tortillas with the black bean and corn mixture. 4. Top with sliced avocado and salsa. 5. Serve immediately. Perfect with a squeeze of lime.
